Our Disney's Beans Reserve - Costa Rica coffee is a medium roast coffee that features an intense aroma. It has bright acidity with a round body for that light flavor. It has been tried and tested to pair really well with fruit tart, wheat bread, berries, eggs, sausage, or bacon and can be brewed light or medium according to your personal tastes. For a light roast, the beans should be roasted for approximately 13 minutes until you see a light brown shade for a mild flavor profile. For a medium roast, roast up to 14 minutes until you see a darker shade of brown and a light oily sheen appearing on top.
