About Single-Serve Coffee

Single-serve coffees come in many different shapes and sizes, but they all serve the same goal: to make it possible for customers to enjoy a cup of joe without having to ground their own beans.

• Pour over coffee bags – This is a unique take on traditional coffee bags. It works as a single-serve pour-over coffee maker. The user just unfolds the bag's tabs on both sides and suspends this over the cup. This allows more discerning customers to brew pour over coffee without having to measure and grind the beans.
• Coffee bags - These single-serve coffee bags, like tea bags, are composed of food-grade plastic, filter paper, or a mix of the two. These are steeped in hot water and removed after a certain period of time, similar to tea. This means that similar to instant coffee, all users need is a source of water and a vessel to prepare a cup of coffee.

Original Roast is a premium blend single-serve coffee. This is our unique blend of quality gourmet coffees, which produces a rich and delightful cup. Each coffee capsule is airtight, ensuring that the coffee stays fresh. A new filter design prevents coffee from passing right through the center, allowing more grounds to be absorbed for a more energetic cup without slowing down the brew time.

How to Make Single-Serve Coffee

1. Bring water to a boil and then set aside to cool. The temperature of the water should be between 195 and 205 degrees Fahrenheit. 
2. Place the coffee bag in the cup after opening the pouch. Pour 8 oz of hot water over the top slowly. Make sure the coffee bag is completely saturated. For increased strength, dunk the bag for 15 seconds or longer. 
3. Steep for at least 5 minutes, or until you get the flavor you want. The coffee bag should not be steeped more than once. 
4. Remove the bag and enjoy!
